EMT Basic Course - Stockton

Times: Monday & Thursday eveneings, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 16, 2011, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Location: Stockton Ambulance Building, 113 E. Queen Street, Stockton, IL

Class Fee: $575.00

Class Requirements:

• Proof of Age (must be 18 to take the state exam) - valid driver's license or state picture ID
• High School Diploma/GED
• Life Safety Test (given after class starts)
• MMR Vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella)
• 2 Step TB Test (within the past 60 days)
• Hepatitis B Vaccine (or declination statement)
• Varicella (vaccine or signed statement that you have had chicken pox or shingles
